Earthhaus is a community food and nature learning space in Amasaman, Ghana, where children step outside the classroom to connect with the environment through food. Through hands-on gardening, creative storytelling, and outdoor exhibitions, young people transform theoretical environmental lessons into practical climate resilience. By planting crops, nurturing the soil, and exploring local biodiversity, children discover where their food comes from and how to protect the natural systems that sustain us. Partnering with schools and local communities, Earthhaus provides an accessible outdoor classroom and living laboratory, cultivating a healthier, more sustainable future for Ghanaian youth, one seed at a time
